Cancellations, Refunds & Ticket Purchasing Policy

The She Is Wise 2026 Conference will be held February 9–11, 2026 at The Westin Ottawa. To help ensure a smooth registration experience and fair access to conference tickets, please review the following policies before purchasing.

Payment Policy

• Credit card and visa-debit are the only accepted payment methods.
• No cheques, cash, invoices, e-transfers, or onsite payments will be accepted.
• All prices include a combined administrative and processing fee supporting system setup, handling, and reconciliation.
• HST (13%) is included in the ticket price.
• A detailed receipt is issued automatically after your payment is completed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are available until 11:59 AM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
• Refunds are issued minus the non-refundable registration and processing fees.
• No refunds will be provided for:
  • Cancellations after February 4
  • No-shows or unused tickets
• Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Delegate Substitution Policy

• Delegates may be substituted until February 4, 2026 at 11:59 AM.
• After that date, substitutions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Please note that dietary requests and allergy accommodations cannot be guaranteed for substitutions made after the deadline.

Dietary & Accessibility Deadline

To meet hotel and catering requirements, all dietary restrictions, allergies, and accessibility needs must be submitted by February 4, 2026 at 11:59 AM.
Requests submitted after this date may not be accommodated.

ONWA Staff, Board Members & Presenters

If you are an:

• ONWA Staff Member
• ONWA Board Member
• Conference Presenter

You do not need to use the registration form. ONWA will register you manually and provide your portal login directly.

Ticket Transfers for Table Purchasers

If you purchased a Table of 10:

• You may assign the seats immediately during checkout or add delegate names/emails later through your portal.
• Each assigned delegate will receive their own portal login to update dietary and profile information.
• Table purchasers may update or substitute delegates up until the February 4 deadline.

Accuracy of Information

All registrants must provide accurate and truthful information.
Misrepresentation (including registering under an incorrect ticket type or claiming sponsorship without approval) may result in:

• Ticket cancellation
• Required repayment of the correct ticket cost prior to the event - if not corrected prior to February 4th, 2026 your ticket will be cancelled.
